A Ponca City doctor who failed to show up at an airport in Central Texas as planned, was reportedly tracked by fighter jets flying over the Gulf of Mexico, who say he appeared unresponsive and may have been suffering from a lack of oxygen. Dr. Bill Kinsinger took off Wednesday afternoon from Wiley Post Airport in Oklahoma City, headed for Georgetown, Texas, but his plane never arrived in Georgetown. The FAA says the plane kept flying and was last observed on radar 219 miles northwest of Cancun, Mexico at 15,000 feet. Today, Coast Guard aircraft are searching for the plane off the Yucatan Peninsula in Mexico. Kinsinger was the only person on board.
