4 sirloin steaks 4-6 oz each
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
Preheat the air fryer to 200C/400F. Rub oil, salt, and pepper on the steaks. Air fry the steaks for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through. Let the steaks rest for 10 minutes.
