Cowley County says head’s up for those traveling between Cowley and Butler County: Butler County will be closing Southwest Butler Road (which connects to our 11th Road / Cowley Route 03) approximately 2 miles north of the county line. This route runs between K-15 Highway and Rose Hill. The closure begins today. The two-week closure is necessary for culvert replacement work. Please plan alternate routes and allow extra travel time.
