The City of Ark City says due to flooding and storm damage, portions of 312th road and 91st road are closed until further notice. Bolton Township has closed 312th Road from the entrance to Camp Quaker Haven east to the entrance of Prairie View Christian Camp. 91st Road is also closed at the top of Snake Hill, north of 322nd Road. Cowley County says the river has crossed the road in the Kaw Wildlife area as well as a large tree fell into the road blocking passage
