Cowley College celebrated the achievements of 67 students at the Winfield Correctional Facility during its Spring 2026 Adult Education and Career and Technical Education Recognition Ceremony held June 29. The ceremony recognized students who completed high school diplomas, technical certificates, and academic milestones while participating in educational programs offered through Cowley College in partnership with the Winfield Correctional Facility and the Kansas Department of Corrections.
