Today, July 30, the Arkansas City Police Department and Arkansas City, KS Fire/EMS Department will conduct the second of two planned emergency preparedness training exercises at Arkansas City Middle School. If you notice an increased presence of police, fire, and EMS personnel in the area, please don’t be alarmed. This is a planned training exercise.
