The City-Cowley County Health Department reminds, the Women, Infants, & Children (WIC) Program is a supplemental food assistance program created by the USDA. WIC eligible families can receive nutritional education, supplemental foods, and support to help improve family health. WIC services are free of charge to Cowley County families who qualify.
