The City of Arkansas City is seeking licensed and insured contractors, where applicable, to support a new housing improvement project funded by a Community Development Block Grant. The project will rehabilitate approximately nine residential properties and demolish approximately two blighted residential structures. General contractors and specialty trade contractors are encouraged to join the project’s bidders list. The deadline for contractors to submit their information and be added to the bidders list is Thursday, September 10.
