Dakota Mikel Hughes, 33, Arkansas City, Kan. appeared in Kay County District Court with his attorney Todd Burlie before Judge Lee Turner and entered a guilty plea to a felony counts of endangering others while eluding police and running a roadblock. He was sentenced to 20-years in prison with all but 10 years suspended.
