An attorney status review is set for Mitchell Reed Deroin, 21, Ponca City, who is facing a misdemeanor count of possession of meth.
Deroin is a convicted felon, a status he earned after he faced a murder charge filed in 2024 but later took a plea deal and was convicted of conjoint robbery. (see story)
While free on probation, Deroin was arrested on warrants by Ponca City Police on June 24 during a traffic stop.
