A man accused of murder in a deadly crash was back in court on Friday.
Tony Epps, 30, attended a hearing in the courtroom and pleaded guilty to second-degree murder, according to the Sedgwick County District Attorney’s office.First responders arrived at the crash scene and began rendering life saving measures to a 72-year-old man, later identified as Rockney G. Lindemann. He was pronounced deceased at the scene. EMS transported Epps to an area hospital with serious injuries. JEpps is scheduled for sentencing on November 23.
