The City of Ark City says storm drainage and road repairs are expected to begin today, September 21, on Fourth Street between Oak Avenue and Radio Lane, near Presbyterian Manor. The road is expected to remain partially open initially, but a full closure may be necessary once crews assess the damaged storm drainage system. The extent and duration of any closure are still being determined. Please allow extra travel time and use caution around crews and equipment.
