The City of Winfield is now accepting online registrations for golf carts and qualifying worksite utility vehicles (UTVs) following the adoption of new regulations allowing these vehicles to operate on designated City streets. As of yesterday, owners may complete their registration and pay the annual fee online. No vehicle inspection is required as part of the City’s registration process. You do have to go online to complete the registration process, pay the annual registration fee of $25 per vehicle, pick up your registration decal, and place the registration decal on the rear of your vehicle before operating on public streets.
