We’re learning a few new details on an accidental shooting that left one person injured in Atlanta. Authorities responded Friday afternoon to the report of a shooting victim that was being taken by private vehicle to a hospital. An ambulance and deputies met up with the vehicle on US 160 and discovered one passenger with a gunshot wound. Cowley County Sheriff Dave Faletti said the victim was taken to a hospital in Wichita and it appears the incident took place in the 200 block of Locust Street in Atlanta. Faletti described the incident as accidental in nature.
