Accident involving USD 465 bus

USD 465 says there was a bus accident Thursday afternoon while en route to Wellington at the corner of Highway 160 and Oliver. There were no student or staff injuries. The bus was heading to an athletic event in Wellington. Students and staff were transferred to another Winfield bus and transported back to Winfield Middle School. Coaches, staff and administration were on site and coordinated with the Sheriff and other authorities.
