The Winfield Police Department has announced it is planning a public presentation geared toward Active Shooter Education. It is set for September 20th from 1 until 4 p.m. at Baden Square. The presentation is based of the Alerrt platform, which gives information on how to react during an active shooter scenario. It’s centered around businesses ands chools.
