The City of Ark City says the deadline is approaching for Arkansas City’s CDBG Housing Rehabilitation Grant. Eligible homeowners may receive up to $25,000 in assistance for qualifying home repairs that improve safety and livability. Not every home needs a makeover. Some just need the basics fixed. Applications close April 24.
