The City of Ark City says Starting June 8th, 2022, Cherry Street & 10th Street to be closed for Road Repair and will be closed to through traffic, due to storm drainage repairs and road base rehab. The repairs are expected to take at least 2 weeks. The Public Services Department’s Street and Stormwater Division will work as quickly as possible to repair Cherry Street & 10th Street, and the estimated repairs to the base and surface will take at least two weeks weather permitting. Please be patient and cautious of our workers and equipment as they work to repair the road.
