Ark City HS takes pledges for seat belt use

Ark City PD says The Seatbelts Are For Everyone club at Arkansas City High School holds pledge drives each month to encourage seatbelt use among the student body. High School SRO Adam Utt advises the group and facilitates the program. This month they collected 234 pledges with the theme of “Don’t be a Dummy, Wear a Seatbelt.” Dum-Dums were passed out to those who pledged to wear their seatbelt. The pledges are put into a drawing.
