Ark City Presbyterian Manor Reports 18th COVID-19 Death

Ark City’s Presbyterian Manor is reporting another death related to COVID-19 at the facility. This brings the total number of deaths at the facility to 18 since the pandemic began in mid-March. A statement from the facility said the resident had been cared for in an area that was designed for COVID-positive patients after the CDC infection prevention protocols and physicians orders called for separation. In all, Cowley COunty has reported 30 people have died from coronavirus-related complications since the beginning of the pandemic.
