A reminder that the city of Ark City will shift to a three-day sanitation schedule this week thanks to the Thankgving holiday. All of today’s route and part of Tuesday’s route will be collected today. The rest of Tuesday’s route, all of Wednesday’s route and part of Thursday’s route will be collected on Tuesday. The rest of Thursday’s route and Friday’s entire route will be collected on Wednesday. The Cowley County Landfill also will be closed Thursday for Thanksgiving, and all city offices will be closed Thursday and Friday.
