The City Commission of Arkansas City will conduct its upcoming study session virtually, starting at noon Friday. Other than scheduled presenters, the public will not be permitted to physically attend the meeting due to the governor’s executive order which temporarily prohibits mass gatherings of 15 or more people to limit the
spread of coronavirus. The commissioners will hear budget presentations for 2021 from various external agencies and also discuss the agenda for their June 2 regular meeting. Those wishing to observe the discussion may log in virtually. Instructions are posted under the local news tab on our website. You can also contact Public Information Officer Andrew Lawson to find out how to participate, by calling him at (620) 441-4415 or (620) 660-5963.
