Arkansas City Police arrested an Arkansas City teenager after they say he and two other juveniles shot out a truck window with a BB gun. It happened early Saturday morning… just after 4am… and resulted in a pursuit outside of the city limits, which involved the Cowley County Sheriff’s Office and a silver Pontiac Firebird. The whole thing started when an Ark City resident called to report that a vehicle matching the Firebird’s description drove by his house and shot the window out of his truck. A 14-year-old Arkansas City boy was arrested, but due to his age, he is not being identified. The case was however, forwarded to the Cowley County Attorney’s Office for review.
