Recycling Center will be CLOSED Fri., Sept. 3rd & Sat., Sept. 4th
Cowley County Landfill will be CLOSED Sat., Sept. 4th & Mon., Sept. 6th
Neighborhood Trash Program will be CANCELED Sat., Sept. 4th
Compost Facility will be OPEN Sat., Sept. 4th
