Coronavirus Cases Rise In Cowley County

Health officials say the number of people who have died from coronavirus complications in Cowley County has grown to 37. Public Health Officer Thomas Langer said there have been as many as six confirmed deaths in the past week. At least 18 of the deaths, though, have been from residents at Arkansas City Presbyterian Manor. The number of active coronavirus cases in Cowley COunty now stands at 178, as of Friday.
