An initial appearance is scheduled in Kay County District Court for James Duane George, 60, Blackwell, in Kay County District Court.
George is facing two felony counts of lewd or indecent acts to a child under 12.Blackwell police report in the affidavit that on May 28, police received a referral from the Oklahoma Department of Human Services Child Welfare Division alleging that George sexually molested an 8-year-old, a six-year-old and a five-year-old.
