Court dates are set for James Deric Pappan, 55 and Russell Eugene Higgins, 59, both of Ponca City, in Kay County District Court.
Both are facing felony counts of trafficking amphetamine or methamphetamine, 20 grams or more and conspiracy to trafficking amphetamine or meth, 20 grams or more.
The pair were arrested during a traffic stop July 22 by Oklahoma Highway Patrol trooper Jacob Huffstetler on U.S. 77 near Fork Road.
