The ongoing COVID-19 pandemic has changed people’s lives and most everything we all took for granted just a few short weeks ago. Now in Winfield, it is affecting more than just lives… it is also affecting police cars. City Commissioners have now learned that due to Dodge shutting down production because of COVID-19, Winfield can only purchase two of the three new police vehicles it planned on getting this year. Furthermore, those two vehicles will not have all the specifications that were originally ordered.
