Individuals can learn how to get involved in 4-H, FFA, and collegiate agriculture during the Cowley College Ag Fun Day held Thursday, October 20, at the Sumner Campus in Wellington, KS. The event is open to all ages and will take place from 3-6:30 p.m. Those in attendance will have an opportunity to see what kind of 4-H and FFA projects there are to be involved in and also see how agriculture affects everyday life. The event will also demonstrate how 4-H and FFA lead to college programs and scholarships. The Ag Fun Day will also inform what careers are agriculture-related and show what the agriculture industry can do for those interested in that line of work.
