The latest data from the Kansas Department of Health and Environment on Thursday shows three more positive COVID-19 cases for Cowley County to bring the overall total of cases for the county to 45.

Cowley County has only seen two hospitalizations and one virus-related death back in early April. There are currently 38 active cases in the county. As of Wednesday, there have been a total of 1,199 tests performed in Cowley County.

The City-Cowley County Health Department wants to share a reminder that as more and more folks are being tested, here’s some important reminders. Notice the highlighted portion reminding you to STAY ISOLATED while you await results. If you are being tested, there is a reason. Don’t be selfish and potentially spread the illness just because you don’t want to stay home.
