The Arkansas City Area Chamber of Commerce recently awarded the Cowley County Humane Society with their Open Arms Award!
The Open Arms award is given to a non-profit for exemplary achievement in community aid advancement, development, expansion, involvement or other outstanding accomplishments.
The Ark City Chamber requests nominations for these non-profit organizations, and the recipients are selected by the Ark City Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.
