An Arkansas City man was arrested after Ark City Police say he fled the scene of a hit-and-run. Officers took 46 year old Marcos Martin-Marcos into custody after he was arrested for driving under the influence… his second time for that actually. Martin-Marcos was also charged with failure to report an injury accident, improper driving on a laned roadway, leaving the scene of an injury accident, and for having no driver’s license. He was locked up in the Cowley County Jail in lieu of $1,250 bond, but has since posted bond and been released.
