The Cowley County Sheriff’s Office says on April 7th at about 7:45 a.m., deputies went out to a single-vehicle rollover crash in the 32000 block of Highway 160 near 102nd road. Deputies found two people outside the vehicle requiring medical attention. Winfield Fire/EMS personnel were actively extricating a third occupant from the vehicle, and that person was pronounced dead at the scene. He’s been identified as 32-year-old Wrangler Sweet of Sedan, Kansas. He was a rear seat passenger. Authoritie
