Officials at Fort Hays State University are investigating a possible hate crime on campus. Although few specifics were immediately available, University Police Department officials say the move comes after a vehicle was reportedly defaced with racist language. UPD is reportedly leading the investigation with support from the departments of Student Affairs, Academic Affairs, and the Compliance and General Counsel’s offices.
