It’s costing you less for gas in Kansas lately. Gasbuddy.com puts the statewide average price for regular unleaded today at $2.90 a gallon, which is down six cents a gallon in the last week. It’s down from $3.39 a gallon a month ago. A year ago the statewide average was $2.96 a gallon. By comparison the national average today is at $3.21 a gallon, which is down 14 cents a gallon in the last week, and it’s down more than 50 cents a gallon in the last month.
