Not Guilty! That is the plea of Christopher Henry of Wichita in relation to charges of second-degree murder and criminal discharge of a firearm at an occupied vehicle after a Cowley County judge denied his motion for immunity from prosecution last week. Henry filed a motion to dismiss the case back in June, in which he argues that he is immune from prosecution because he acted in self-defense in the shooting death of Jonathan Martinez of Ark City on April 3rd. Now, the case has been continued to September 14th, when a pretrial conference will be held.
