As of the 9 a.m. update on Friday, January 8, the state of Kansas has now seen a total of 242,322 COVID-19 cases.

There have been 3,148 virus-related deaths, 7,257 hospitalizations and 808,885 negative test results.

Since Wednesday, Jan. 6, Kansas has seen 5,504 new COVID-19 cases, 121 new deaths and 144 new hospitalizations.

Cowley County currently sits at 2,887 COVID-19 cases, 22 hospitalizations and 7,632 negative test results.
