Meanwhile, Kansas reported 60 new cases on Tuesday… a 16-percent increase. Cowley County remained completely free of confirmed cases. The statewide total now in Kansas stands at 428. Nine people in Kansas have died from the disease. Kansas overall has completed 5,242 tests, and of that number, about 4,800 have come back negative so far.
