The Kansas Department of Health and Environment said on Monday that the state saw 883 new COVID-19 cases, 29 deaths and 32 hospitalizations.
This is the first time in recent months that the number of new COVID-19 cases is below 1,000. Kansas has seen overall totals of 291,715 COVID-19 cases, 9,103 hospitalizations, 4,643 deaths and 951,784 negative test results.
Overall, Cowley County has seen 3,778 COVID-19 cases since the outbreak began last March.
