A man who had been sought on multiple counts stemming from a reported firearm threat on Monday night, surrendered to Arkansas City police yesterday afternoon. 31 year old Donovan Dean was sent to the Cowley County Jail and is now accused of two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, criminal threat and aggravated domestic battery. Dean’s bond was set at $25,000.
