The City Commission of Arkansas City will begin its virtual study session today at noon via GoToMeeting. No public comment will be allowed during this special call meeting. When it is completed, the commissioners will adjourn into the study session as originally scheduled and announced. Both meetings are open to observation by the public using the online method.
