Planning Commission sets hearing

The Arkansas City Planning Commission has scheduled a Public Hearing at 5:30 p.m., Tuesday, Jan. 10, in the Conference Room at the Water Treatment Facility, 400 W. Madison Ave., for review, comments, and questions on the City’s proposed new Comprehensive Plan and Future Land Use Maps. Copies of the proposed Plan and Future Land Use Maps are available for public inspection at the Neighborhood Services Division at City Hall, 118 W. Central Ave. A handout summarizing the proposed plan’s key features can also be picked up at the Neighborhood Services Office.
