In honor of 100 years of service, Kansas Lieutenant Governor David Toland will be on hand for Proclamation Day at Cowley College on Wednesday, August 31, at 2 p.m. in the Robert Brown Theatre. Lieutenant Governor Toland will read a proclamation to those in attendance, while the event will include a preview of time capsule items as the College will be celebrating the first day of classes that took place 100 years ago on September 12, 1922, with some special surprises for students.
