Just a reminder from Winfield Police that this year’s downtown trick or treat will be Friday at 4 p.m. and not on Halloween. Residential trick or treat will still be on Halloween. We can’t wait to see everyone’s costumes on Friday! We’ll be handing out candy and glow sticks until 6 p.m. (or earlier if we run out).
