The City of Ark City has received reports of a company soliciting businesses to purchase advertising in what they describe as Fire Prevention Week materials. The Arkansas City, KS Fire/EMS Department is not affiliated with or working with this company. In addition, no peddler license has been issued to this company through the City of Arkansas City. As always, we encourage residents to ask questions before making a purchase or donation.
