Ark City Schools have announced a time change for tonight’s Cowley Cup Football Game. Due to the extreme heat, kickoff between Arkansas City and Winfield has been moved back 30 minutes. The game will now begin at 7:30 p.m. Friday, Sept. 4, at Jantz Stadium in Winfield.
