The City of Ark City says In March, the community was asked to take a survey hosted by the Ark City Rec, the City of Arkansas City, Cowley College, and USD 470 – Arkansas City Public Schools that focused on gathering information from residents about what services, programs, and amenities they consider essential and what they think may improve the quality of life for current and future residents. The results of that survey have been collected, and now, the group seeks additional input to help further define those areas with a second survey. The survey will remain open through Friday, May 19.
