Police today, continue to investigate the recent theft of two vehicles in Cowley County, and now they are turning to you for help recovering them. A white 2006 Chevrolet 3500 dually with a dump bed was stolen on September 14 from a farm. The truck is a four-door diesel with spikey type lug nuts and lights above the cab. The bed has detachable wooden sides. If you think you may have any information about it, contact the Winfield Police Department or Cowley County Sheriff’s Office. The second stolen vehicle is a black 2001 Ford F-250 which had Kansas tag number 662934 when it too was stolen on September 14th. This truck was taken from the Ark City Walmart parking lot. The truck had black tool boxes and a business logo on the back windows at the time. Police say it may have been spotted on Monday night in Winfield, but it remains missing today.
