Arkansas City High School and Cowley College are working together to make college more affordable for graduating seniors.ACHS Dean of Students Sarah O’Donnell said the Cowley Tiger Stripes program allows students to receive free tuition, including books, for one semester for each year of the program they complete in high school.The ACHS program requires participating students to listen to guest speakers who present information on a wide range of subjects, including community service, civic duty, finance education and many other areas.
