A jury trial is scheduled next year in Cowley County District Court for an attempted murder case that occurred in 2018. The trial for Deasian Fair is scheduled for March 14, 2023 and is expected to last around three days, according to documents filed Oct. 12 in district court. Fair is charged with attempted second-degree murder (with an alternative charge of aggravated battery), aggravated robbery and more.
